My heart deeply searches for you
in the darkness of the night.
It seeks the touch of your gentle love,
That in my life is such a pure delight.
It seeks to feel the sweet comfort,
That only your love to my heart can bring.
After dealing with this world’s craziness,
Its rhythm makes my heart to sing.
My spirit hungers for only you,
Each night searching deep within.
That I may taste of your precious love,
As my heart beats to a gentle hymn.
And I will be waiting near my window,
Searching night’s darkness for your light.
So as the moment comes when i fall to sleep,
I will rest so peaceful knowing all is right.

Love is the place we return to time and again……..the comfort that needs not name or time to simply be. The place that we are, that is us. Love is the gift we give to ourselves when we love (without limit) another. This is truly exquisite, for it is a reminder of home ~ a front porch with arms wide open ~ remembering the coming back and never crying o’er the leaving. ~ Love your understanding that life and love, God and neighbor, we are all the same ~ His home. Lovely, Wendell. ~ Ever, Bobbie
Your words beautifully share his eternal message of happiness…it lives within your heart and spirit so vibrantly…it is a blessing to embrace and touch…when we open our minds to one’s love we embrace their hearts beginnings in the Lord. Wonderful words Bobbie, so very inspiring…god bless you always!
