I was called out from among the dead
As I heard the sound of His voice
I was set loose from the shackles of death
As I accepted God’s most ultimate choice
I wondered why I was considered special
That he would welcome me into his home
So in this world I would no longer wander
For with Him I would surely now belong
I lay down before His word each new day
Not knowing what wisdom it will bring
I only know that I am safe within his hands
With the Daily Bread I receive from my king
And my life is blessed in so many new ways
Since the time He delivered me from my sins
Allowing me to find true life alive in this day
As his love and grace will always live within

What a lovely photo. It’s so unusual. From a dark attic to a clear blue sky. Wonderful.
Thank you Ren, i thought it spoke out loudly the message of my poem! I hope your holiday week was wonderful, now here we are with 2013…may you continue to be blessed dear sister!
imagine an empty tomb!
I think about it often….thanks for the visit Deb, and have a wonderful new year!
Forever, our lives are defined by the before and after. From the time I was a baby, I have been held in the arms of His light and His love………such that there is no dividing of who I am and who He is……..for where I am, He is…….and always has been. When we love, we are One. I love this, Wendell. ~ Always, Bobbie
Your words are so full of truth and life…the same for me, he has always been there! Thank you Bobbie…you are write when we love, we emulate what he shares with us each day…and we are always a part of the living vine…which is a wonderful thing. Much love to you always!
….Thank you Wendell. In truth, my heart breaks for those who have yet to know His love……for what hope do they cling to without Him? ~ Happy New Year, my dear friend. ~ Love you always, Bobbie
