May the hand of our Lord always guide you
May His love always fill your heart
May the peace of His heaven fill your world
As this new year begins to start
May his grace in your mind be steadfast
And may the light of His Spirit fill your face
May you never feel any loneliness
As you live always in His tender embrace
May your spirit be lifted every day
As you write down what He gives to you
May you always strive to touch others
The same way that He did love you true
May you be charitable and kind in your daily walk
May you never find prejudice for others within
May you always in your life be humble and loving
As this new year does now begin
And may each step you take fully resemble
The beauty our Lord’s life always did display
And as you do you will surely be blessed
As His grace lovingly guides your life each day.
